These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MXM Staffing Hub platform (the "Platform"), operated by MXM Turbinetec LLC ("MXM," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting an application, uploading a resume, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use this Platform. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, MXM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business recruitment purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Platform.
The Platform serves several user types, each with different permissions:
By submitting a resume, application, or personal information through the Platform, you authorize MXM and its client companies to collect, store, and process your data for recruitment and employment purposes. This may include background checks, work eligibility verification (I-9 / E-Verify), skills assessments, and credential validation. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide.
You agree not to:
Certain features — including candidate lead purchases, job posting fees, skills assessments, and subscriptions — may require payment. All fees are disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis at MXM's discretion.
The Platform, its design, branding, and software are the property of MXM Turbinetec LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, applications) but grant MXM a license to use, store, and share it with client companies for recruitment purposes.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MXM does not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of job postings, or the suitability of any candidate or employer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MXM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
MXM may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately. You may request account deletion at any time.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Mississippi.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
